Ember is a digital download. Once you have the files they cannot be returned, so sales are final, and you can try thelive demo before you buy.

If it doesn't work as described

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Tell me what went wrong, and include your order email. I will either fix the problem or give you a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Polar, the merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Website design services

Payments for website projects (packages, down payments, hosting and care plans) are covered by the signed agreement for each project, not by this policy.
