I'm Carl Jassian C. Balaria, a full-stack TypeScript developer and AI application engineer from Nueva Ecija, Philippines.
I build software around language models, not the models themselves: complete applications where the AI is one dependable part of a product people can use. I also build websites for businesses anywhere, because a good site is still one of the most useful things a business can own.
I like owning a project from the first sketch to the live domain, and I care about it being fast, clear and easy to use.
Hiring? I'm open to full-time roles as an AI Application Engineer or Full-Stack TypeScript Developer: remote, or onsite/hybrid in Metro Manila, Clark/Pampanga or Nueva Ecija.
