The problem

Every meeting ends with someone writing up what was decided, who owes what, and the minutes to send.

For administrative assistants, secretaries and office managers, that write-up is repetitive work that piles up after every meeting. Clerune drafts it, so they review and send instead of starting from a blank page.

What I built

  1. 01

    Meetings turned into minutes

Paste a transcript or upload a recording. Clerune uses the Anthropic API to draft the summary, decisions, action items and minutes, ready for a person to check.

  2. 02

    A workspace around the minutes

Action items become tracked tasks, decisions are kept as records, memos, notices, letters and reports come from templates, everything is searchable, and “Ask Clerune” answers questions from past meetings with its sources.

  3. 03

A real product, built by one person

The interface, the data layer, the AI features and the free tools that work without an account, all designed and written by me. Live at clerune.com.
